Job Title: Chief Administrative / HR Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Description

• Our client is looking to hire a Chief Administrative / HR Officer. The Chief Administrative / HR Officer will take responsibility for overseeing the administration and human resources functions within the healthcare institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all clinical staff are up to date on practicing and industry regulatory license.
• Oversee recruitment, training and performance management of staff.
• Ensure company compliance with HR regulations and labor laws, particularly as affecting the healthcare industry.
• Manage employee relations and promote a positive work environment.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
• Ensure efficient and effective administrative support services.
• Collaborate with other departments to support hospital operations
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Certification with an HR Certifying body i.e CIPM, SHRM, etc
• Minimum of 10 years of HR and administrative experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in healthcare (Hospitals, HMOs and Pharmaceuticals)
• Strong understanding of HR regulations and labor laws.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational management abilities.
• Experience managing large teams fo over 100 staff
• Strong document control experience using any of the various ERPs.
• Experience using HRIS software

Pay
N300,000 - N350,000 per month
