Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team. This role involves promoting a company who is a player in the healthcare, hospitality and facility management sectors.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to each sector, focusing on enhancing brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• Campaign Management: Design, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to produce engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns that align with each subsidiary's brand voice and goals.
• Social Media Management: Manage the social media presence of the company, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• SEO and SEM: Optimize websites for search engines and run SEM campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic to company websites.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into customers, focusing on each subsidiary's target audience and business goals.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, privacy laws, and digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business / Communications, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
• Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with experience in healthcare, hospitality, facility management, or oil & gas industries.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing techniques is required.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create compelling content and engage with audiences across digital platforms.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
