Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and passionate Content Creator and Social Media Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive growth across various social media platforms.
• This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:

• Develop, design, and produce engaging content (e.g., articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, social media posts) aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
• Ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and oversee the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply knowledge to increase the presence of the brand.

Community Engagement:

• Interact with followers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and nurture relationships with key influencers and stakeholders in the industry.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for content and social media initiatives.
• Utilize data to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Coordinate with external partners, freelancers, and agencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 experience in the field.
• Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your content creation and social media management skills.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and web traffic metrics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Salary: N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly and benefits package.
