Job Title: Kitchen Manager

About the Role

• The Kitchen Manager is responsible for driving excellence within a given area. Set the standard and culture through coaching things such as brand standard,food safety and quality,Team development etc.
• The supervisor constantly write line ups based on the schedule,run breaks and solve problems whether it be food,machine,or employee issues that hinders operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and serving of all meals.
• Notify Management when raw materials are needed
• Ensure Staffs Compliance to company recipe 
• Employee management ( resumption time, accurate uniforms and ethical behavior)
• Excellent record keeping of food supply and usage
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Ensuring that the kitchen and services are clean and tidy
• Manage team effectively
• Create schedules for kitchen staff to ensure there are always enough workers to meet demand.
• Develop the ability to effectively run culinary operations and lead to brand standards.
• Assist/ conduct performance reviews as necessary
• Audit internal processes and adjust as needed to complete operational goals.
• Build and maintain a positive and safe work environment for all team members.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Working experiences as a supervisor or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Good communication skills Verbal and written
• Knowledge of food health and safety procedure
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Highly organized individual
• A flexible can do attitude
• The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
