Job Summary

• We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Product Designer to join our design team.
• As a UI/UX Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate user requirements into engaging and user-centric designs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user requirements, business goals, and project scope.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design process.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate and validate design concepts.
• Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for a seamless user experience across multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
• Apply user-centered design principles and industry best practices to create user flows, personas, and user scenarios.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively refine and improve designs.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
• Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance design processes.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, ideate, and iterate on design concepts.
• Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members through presentations, design walkthroughs, and design documentation.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a design-driven culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity visual designs.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
• Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and user research techniques.
• Excellent visual design skills, including composition, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive user interfaces.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.
• A passion for user-centered design and a continuous desire to learn and grow in the field. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with designing for mobile applications (iOS / Android).
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate collaboration with development teams.
• Knowledge of motion design principles and experience with tools like After Effects or Principle.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and experience designing accessible user interfaces.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
