We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and protect all company’s confidential financial documentations
• Management of Statutory Obligation: Manage employee statutory obligations and entitlements such PAYE, NSITF, Pension, Commission, Bonuses, etc LAWMA, PHCN and ensure % penalties on defaulting in prompt compliance.
• Process accounts payable and receivable depending on the role and request.
• Handles account or payment inquiries from internal and external clients.
• Manage and process both incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Ensure company financial accounts such as credits cards are funded and paid on time
• Manage, organize and maintain up-to-date financial transactions record (Manual and Automatic).
• Responsible for the creation of Budget plans and Profitability Analysis using Excel.
• Monitoring expenditure from all departments to ensure costs stay within proposed budgets plans or is reduced.
• Payments: screening, control and preparation for: Professors, Students, Staff, and Other Service Providers.
• Uploading of payments on the Provider’s cost.
• Rectification of payment issues and required bank reconciliations.
• Generate monthly and annual financial reporting to the Management.
• Good Knowledge of Tax filling , VAT, NSITF, ITF etc
• Ensure payment of supplies by vendors and stakeholders.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the financial obligation of the company including ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance, and writing or reviewing salary breakdowns and payrolls.
• Student Satisfaction: attend to all students enquiry regarding payments within 24hours.
• Comply with company policies, standards, and QHSE regulations.

Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
