Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
• The Project Manager will oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare and manage project documentation including contracts, progress reports, and change orders.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Proactively identify potential problems and implement effective solutions.
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status and updates through regular meetings and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or any related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the real estate or construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• PMP certification or similar credentials are a plus.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
