Job Title: Product Maintenance Engineer (Telecom)

Responsibilities
Scope of work covers:

• eNodeB integration, BSC/RNC/UME maintenance and integration, including reliability, scalability and manageability.

Integration:

• New Sites: Device installation Guide, implementation solution output, Scripts output, Troubleshooting
• MAPA Sites: Reconstruction, migration, troubleshooting.

Maintenance:

• Sites/BSC/RNC/UME troubleshooting.
• Existing NEs(BTS, BSC, RNC, UME) Upgrade.
• Daily alarm report output.
• Team and customer relations management.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree with 4-6 years experience.
• Have communication knowledge and have learned communication-related knowledge. Be proficient in using Excel, and be able to use the Linux system.
• Active and proactive, with a sense of responsibility, willing to learn new knowledge and able to resist pressure.
• Understanding of computer architecture, computer networks, software and scripting, cloud and virtualization, databases, storage, operating systems uni x and Windows.
• Depth knowledge of 3GPP architecture for 2G/3G/4G/5G including logical interfaces, protocols, and call flows for both voice and data.
• Depth knowledge of Linux server command, and server architecture.
• Good communication skills with internal team and customers.
