Job Description

• Lifestores is looking for an Associate Pharmacist who is collaborative, friendly, well-organized, and self-motivated.
• The ideal candidate will provide expert care to customers, collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• You should have strong communication skills and be tech savvy.

Job Responsibilities

• Proposing and driving sales and marketing initiatives
• Good knowledge of up and cross selling techniques
• Accurately and safely dispense prescription medications to customers ensuring compliance and quality standards
• Maintaining proper inventory levels in the store, ensuring the availability of products while managing reasonable stock coverage levels
• Collaborating with the team to provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience
• Proactively researches and proposes products for selection / deselection
• Proposing and driving product promotion initiatives
• Continuously coach the sales associate to boost their skills
• Demonstrating strategic mindset for long term value creation
• Regularly monitoring local competition and stay up to date with development and trends in the pharmaceutical field
• Good knowledge of point-of-sales and general store operations
• Working closely with the Superintendent Pharmacist and other team members to achieve the store's operational goals/target while maintaining a cooperative and efficient work environment.
• Being an inspirational carrier of Lifestores culture and beliefs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor of Pharmacy, B-Pharm
• Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, practices and ethics.

Work Schedule:

• As a full time Associate Pharmacist, your standard working hours are expected to range around 50 hours per week.
• Your work will require you to work evenings and weekends.

Salary budget
N150,000 monthly.
