Job Title: Consultant for Record Retention Service

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract

Scope of Work

• Aligned with Mercy Corps’ commitment to ensuring a well-functioning record retention system, PaQ is looking for a service contractor who will support its record retention activities, particularly to support the record retention month campaign, conduct an audit of the program shared drive, provide feedback to each program on the audit findings.

Specific Responsibilities
Program Management:

• Understand Mercy Corps policies, procedures, and record retention policy.
• Support the implementation of Mercy Corps’ record retention campaign.
• Review the share point folders to determine missing files and later share the feedback to program leads for action.
• Create sub-folders in the shared point as per the revised filing tree.

• Program Record Retention Focal Points

Knowledge and Experience Requirements

• A Degree in Management / Computers or any relevant course.
• Previous experience in this area is desirable.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent oral and written English skills.
