Job Brief

• A sales executive is responsible for meeting with clients to negotiate sales or supply agreements.
• He or She will be responsible for conducting sales meetings with clients, introducing and demonstrating new products, looking for new business or clients, negotiating sales deals with clients, taking and processing orders, following up on any product or service issues on behalf of the client, maintaining accurate records in relation to clients and sales, attending trade events and exhibitions, industry conferences, and promotional events, promoting the company’s products or services, reporting monthly, quarterly, and annually as necessary and achieving set targets or sales
• We are one of the leading product manufacturers/distribution companies in cell phones and accessories and currently seeking for a talented & professional sales executive to join our team

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.

Requirements and skills

• BSc / HND in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven sales experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role within the wireless communication industry, dealing with mobile phone and accessories
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT)
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
