Lead, Operational Performance at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Limited

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited is a dynamic global energy company with businesses and operations across the entire spectrum of the energy value chain. It is a state oil company in Nigeria. Formerly a fully-owned government company, it was transformed into a limited liability company in July 2022. NNPC Limited is the only entity licensed to operate in the country's petroleum industry. It partners with foreign oil companies to exploit Nigeria's fossil fuel resources.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lead Operational Performance

Location: Nigeria
Department: Commercial

Objectives

• Ensure the overseeing of day to day activities of vessel operations, maintenance and crew management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build metrics, reports and dashboard to analyse operations and NNPC Business Plan and Strategy.
• Provide input for business optimization processes and NNPC Business Plan and Strategy.
• Build and maintain tool to benchmark operations against industry players and NNPC Business Plan and Strategy.
• Prepare regular performance reports to drive business performance review process

Educational Qualification

• First Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration or any Social Science discipline
• MBA or Master’s degree will be an added advantage
• Age Limit: 37 years

Experience:

• Minimum of 9 years relevant post qualification experience
• Experience in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.
