Job Title: Agent Field Officer (Sales)

Locations: Adamawa, Sabo (Yaba) - Lagos, Rivers & Sokoto

Job Summary

• To recruit, manage and grow agent network whilst also ensuring that agents are motivated and profitable

Responsibilities

• Marketing and on-boarding of active agents monthly
• Ensuring that every agent under an AFO’s supervision carries out a minimum of ten transactions daily.
• Working directly with the Branch, Network, Area Sales and Regional Sales Managers to meet their various Agency Banking targets
• Managing agents, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly (not later than 24 hours), and escalating unresolved issues and monitoring the performances of these agents
• Training newly onboarded agents using the Bank’s training manual.
• Ensuring that agent locations are branded for visibility
• Ensuring that agents have the required merchandising materials such as transaction logbooks/receipt slips and ensure their effective usage.
• Joining in marketing campaigns – road show, storms, sales activation around agent clusters
• Channeling customers to agent locations

Requirements

• BSc (second class lower only) / HND
• Mininmum of one year experience as a sales/marketing person
• Excellenent communication skills
• Good selling and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Ms office suite
• Proximity to stated location.

Salary
N147,000 Monthly.
