Job Title: Dental Assistant / Nurse

Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Nurse to join our dental practice.
• The ideal candidate will provide support to our dentists, assist with various dental procedures, and ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
• The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assisting dentists during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Providing chairside support to dentists and hygienists
• Sterilizing and preparing dental instruments and equipment
• Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices
• Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and standards
• Performing basic administrative tasks

Requirements

• Degree in Dental Nursing from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Dental Nurse
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and patient care best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Male candidates are preferred for this position
