• As the Corporate Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the administrative functions of our organization.
• You will be responsible for managing various corporate services, including facilities management, procurement, vendor management, and office operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate corporate services, including facilities management, procurement, vendor management, and office operations
• Ensure that office facilities are well-maintained and meet the needs of employees
• Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and inventory management
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to corporate services
• Manage and monitor department budgets and expenses
• Provide leadership and guidance to the corporate services team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and support
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in corporate services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in corporate services management or a similar role
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Knowledge of facilities management, procurement, and vendor management processes
• Good understanding of budgeting and financial management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
