Responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate transformation projects, driving change and ensuring successful implementation
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to identify new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as necessary
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in corporate transformation, strategy development, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions
• Knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices
• Experience in financial services or fintech industry is a plus.
