• We are a small, dynamic startup in the short-term rental industry, leveraging technology to innovate and grow. Our team is passionate and multi-talented, and we are looking for a versatile individual to join us.

Role Overview

• As a Product Manager, you will drive our product vision and strategy from private beta to full launch. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle, engaging with our community, and ensuring customer success.
• You will be at the forefront of our brand, helping us identify new features and bugs by interacting with our users and customers. Being data-driven is essential, as data is at the heart of our decision-making process

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, internal teams, and market research.
• Analyze data to make informed decisions about product features and improvements.
• Maintain and update the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Engage with the community through forums, social media, and events to gather feedback and foster a positive user base.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
• Develop training materials and onboarding programs to help customers maximize product value

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of a product, from development to launch.
• Experience in the short-term rental or vacation rental industry is highly desirable.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Passionate about technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 monthly.
