Job Description

• The role is similar to an analytical project manager, bridging credit experience, qualitative observations, economic and behavioural research and technical data analytics to answer key questions about M-KOPA’s credit portfolio.
• To excel in this role, you’ll identify problems, manage analytical workflows, and deliver actionable recommendations. Imagine being the go to person in leading the analysis and communication of our company’s credit performance across portfolios, customers, and products.
• You’ll handle multi-source data, design out of the box experiments, test hypotheses, and create impactful presentations and reports for stakeholders.

• We’re seeking a candidate with a blend of technical expertise, practical experience, and leadership/advisory in Credit. If you have experience in analytical fields like consumer credit or data science and have managed teams or projects, we want to hear from you.
• Showcase your skills in SQL, R, Python, PowerBI, and Excel, and your ability in credit, data, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of lending practices and consumer credit in emerging markets is a plus.
