Description 

• Our client is looking for a Partnership Manager to join their team to contribute to identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
• The ideal candidate is proactive, research-driven, and able to make decisions quickly. They will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential partners that align with business objectives.
• Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, contracts, and MOUs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective partnership execution.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reporting and insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in developing and managing strategic partnerships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, make decisions quickly, and meet deadlines
• Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.

Salary
USD300 + commission and benefits.
