We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bar Supervisor

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Organises the Restaurant and Bar under his/her responsibility
• Increase the captage/sleeper diner ratio and food and beverage revenue through his/her sales actions
• Follows brand standards
• Organises and checks the team's work
• Ensures information is properly passed on to the team (briefings/debriefings with kitchen staff )
• Manages the flow of guests, placement at tables and reservations
• Organises the Bar under his/her responsibility
• Charisma and confidence to lead front of house and engage with both customers and the team
• The ability to solve problems and take responsibility on shift
• A passion for the service industry

Qualifications

• Holder of Certificate / Diploma in Hotel and Catering Operations or related discipline
• 2 - 4 years of restaurant / in room dining supervisory role
• Minimum 2 years demonstrated leadership in a similar role, hotel or high end bar experience preferred
• Ability to lead the Food and Beverage operations in the absence of senior management
• Hold a Licensed Controller Certificate, advantageous.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
