Job Description

• As an Email Marketing Specialist at TechSphere Properties, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to promote our real estate services and properties.
• You will create compelling email content, manage our email lists, analyze campaign performance, and optimize our email marketing strategy to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to promote our properties and services.
• Create engaging email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email series.
• Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and personalized email communication.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Optimize email marketing strategy based on data insights and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
• Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, Constant Contact).
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including list management, segmentation, and personalization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with real estate or property investment is a plus.
