Job Summary

• The office cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of office spaces, including restrooms, corridors, meeting rooms, classrooms, and break rooms.
• The job entails sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and thoroughly cleaning the restrooms and other common areas.
• The office cleaner may also be responsible for restocking supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels. Regularly, the office cleaner will dust, vacuum, and empty trash cans.
• The cleaner will ensure that the office space is presentable and inviting for employees and visitors alike.

Responsibilities

• Keeping clean the offices, kitchen, corridors, toilets, and the office environment at all times.
• Paying attention and ensuring hygienic standard of sanitary facilities at all times.
• Keeping office rooms, surfaces, furniture, walls, doors, windows clean and hygienic.
• Cleaning the toilets and putting in the toilets the toilet rolls, soaps, washing liquid, and towels when required.
• Reporting on the stock status of toilet rolls, soaps, washing liquid, etc.
• Always ensuring adequate hand sanitizer and handwash in toilets' washing hand basin.
• Reporting all maintenance issues such as plumbing, etc., as they may arise.
• Ensuring the store in the office is neatly arranged and clean.
• Cleaning up refrigerators, microwave, electric kettle in the kitchen.
• Making sure the drinking cups, plates, and cutleries are cleaned daily.
• Maintaining the organization of paper, documents, and clean desks and offices.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the entrance of the office premises.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• School certificate or equivalent.
• Prior experience in cleaning and maintenance is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good time management skills.
