Job Title: Corporate Driver

Job Overview

• We are seeking a reliable and professional Corporate Driver to provide safe and timely transportation services for our executives, clients, and visitors.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
Transportation Services:

• Safely drive executives, clients, and visitors to various destinations as required.
• Ensure timely arrival for all scheduled appointments, meetings, and events.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle and with any luggage or packages.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Regularly inspect and maintain the assigned vehicle to ensure it is clean, well-fueled, and in good working condition.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Keep records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, and fuel consumption.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and ensure all necessary driving certifications are up to date.
• Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to the supervisor immediately.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate logs of daily driving activities, including destinations, mileage, and expenses.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating transportation requests.
• Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 3 - 7 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a corporate driver or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of local and surrounding area roadways.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience driving for corporate executives or high-profile individuals.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• First aid and CPR certification.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage or packages up to [weight] pounds.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily works in a vehicle with frequent travel.
• May be required to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.

Salary Range
N100,000 per month.
