Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.
• As a crucial member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our sales and marketing strategies, with the goal of driving company revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to create effective marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize performance.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Assist in the development of pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar role in the real estate industry
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field with 2 - 5 years work experience.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
• Experience in real estate is highly desirable.
