Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Delivery professional to join our team at Neighborhood Outdoor Limited, a leading outdoor advertising company.
• The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of service delivery experience, focusing on outdoor advertising operations.
• The Service Delivery Executive will ensure the smooth execution of outdoor advertising campaigns, maintaining high hoardings maintenance and management standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Oversee and execute outdoor advertising campaigns, including the installation and maintenance of billboards, posters, and digital signage.
• Site Preparation: Prepare and assess advertising sites to ensure they meet company standards and client specifications.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of advertising installations to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of advertising displays and hoardings
• Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, site conditions, and any issues encountered during service delivery.
• Compliance: Ensure all advertising installations comply with local regulations and safety standards.
• Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve any issues that arise during the installation and maintenance of advertising displays.
• Training: Train and mentor junior operatives, ensuring they understand company standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in service delivery, preferably in the outdoor advertising industry. Strong understanding of outdoor advertising operations and equipment.
• Experience with digital advertising displays and technologies.
• Familiarity with local advertising regulations and compliance requirements.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and advertising software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment used in outdoor advertising installations.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license; certifications related to outdoor advertising or safety are advantageous.

Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
