Job Description

• We're looking for Full Stack Developer/CTO/Project Manager, who knows what technology is and where it is going.
• You will lead the architecture of tools and technologies for innovative, highly scalable and secure SaaS, feature development, developing algorithms for efficient, error-free transactions as well as ensuring tractability of every transaction in real-time.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of features. Work based on best practices and priorities for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, operations and collaborating other teams for great products.
• Proactive in planning and designing features. Working closely with the Product and UX teams in order to product vision.
• Understand and measure the impact of your features using state of the art monitoring tools.
• Build and update automation infrastructure
• Implement and test your code with unit and integration tests, and contribute to our automation infrastructure.
• Raising the bar on quality, security, performance, scalability, usability and operations
• Stay abreast of developments and trends in Cloud architectures, web dev and programming languages

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of work experience as preferably with technologies such as Node.JS, React, GraphQL, Micro-services, PostgresDB
• Highly proficient in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C++, Python, Go, Shell, PHP, C#, TypeScript etc.
• Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, including; data structures, object-oriented programming, automation, design and analysis of algorithms
• Experience leading the design, build and deployment of complex and performing (reliable and scalable) software solutions
• Microservices, Nameko, CookieCutter Unit Testing, CI/CD
• Good knowledge of service oriented development and design patterns
• Experience with Web Applications development and SaaS models (Highly desirable)
• Flask (desirable)
• Expertise with the cloud provider AWS and their service offerings: Aurora, RDS, S3, ALB, especially in the compute and networking spaces.
• Good understanding of Linux and experience with modern infrastructure technologies: Kubernetes, MySQL, Redis, Prometheus, Ansible, Terraform, etc.
• Experience with Kafka / Faust / Kafka Streams (desirable)
• Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through the actual launch of the project
• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
