Job Description

• The Global Supply Chain Trainee will work in different supply chain roles over an 18 month, split into three six-month rotations on the job, normally in three different countries, in three different supply chain areas.
• During this period the trainee will build international acumen by connecting with various Business Units and the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team.
• Gain practical experience in supply chain excellence by working on challenging tasks, projects and completing numerous trainings in an international environment.
• The program is designed to help the trainee develop on a personal and professional level, and to understand the end-to-end supply chain processes, including the interdependencies and interconnectedness between different areas.
• The Global Supply Chain Trainee will gain industry-specific knowledge and leverage the experience of experts in the different locations and Opcos.

Requirements
Who we’re looking for:

• Academic achievement: Strong technical academic background; Master’s in for example Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or Business Administration,
• Language: Strong proficiency of business English and local language Professional experience and passion: Maximum of one to two years of experience in supply chain, business administration or manufacturing environments.
• Global mobility and adaptability: Eagerness to take on global projects and temporary international relocation opportunities. Flexibility and ability to adapt to different cultures, helping our operations around the world.
• Proactive learners: Enjoyment in mastering complex concepts and applying learnings in practical ways to make an impact.
