Job Title: Graduate Trainee - Product Manager

Description 

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Product Manager with experience managing eCommerce or SaaS products.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development, market research, and project management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Product Development:

• Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for eCommerce or SaaS products.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch new products and features.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
• Analyze user feedback and data to drive product improvements and enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in IT and SaaS.

Project Management:

• Assist in managing product development projects from conception to launch.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
• Track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues.

Customer Focus:

• Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs and pain points.
• Advocate for the customer by ensuring their needs are reflected in the product roadmap.
• Support the development of user personas and customer journey maps.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with senior product managers to align on product strategy and priorities.
• Communicate product updates and changes to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 year work experience.
• Previous experience managing eCommerce or SaaS products, either through internships, projects, or entry-level roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus.
• Passion for technology and a keen interest in the IT and SaaS industry.
