Job Title: Procurement and Contracting Specialist II - SRL

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, bidding, and supplier selection.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Manage and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to procurement and contracting activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement, contracting, or supply chain management.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
