We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Location: Rivers
Job Type: Full Time

Duties

• The facilities coordinator is responsible to Master for safe and efficient operation of the catering department.
• Overall management of the vessel's catering department
• Ensuring that personnel, food preparation and storage m eet hygien requirments.
• Co-ordinating of training for catering personnel with respect to food handling, hygiene and EHS matters.
• Maintaining and ordering of adequate provision stocks and co-ordination of storage of food, cleaning materials.
• Any other duties as required by the Master.

Requirements
Education:

• Personnel must be qualified in accordance with WOUS requirements for the catering Manager.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a facilites coordinator onboard a vessel with large crew compliment passengers.

Skills:

• Able to speak and understand English fluently.

Special Requirements:

• Personnel has the authority to stop any activity on the grounds of immediate saety, health and environmental harzards.

Decision Making:

• The facilities coordinator co-ordinates with any persons necessary for safe and efficient operation of the vessel.
