Job Title: Floor Supervisor

Location: Alakuko, Lagos

Job Description

• Inspect facilities for orderliness and excellence, and retrieval of vital documents and properties left behind.
• Ensure the maintenance of top-notch ambience within the stores.
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to policies and processes throughout the company
• Planning and managing projects and contributing to product innovation
• Promoting efficiency by implementing improved operational proceed
• Attend to customer complaints, and manage personality excesses in a professional manner.
• Provide support whenever technical challenges arise, .
• Oversee crowd control and facilitate dispersal by supporting cashpoint processes
• ensuring positive client, supplier and vendor relationship
• Provide charismatic leadership to teams of direct reports.
• Liaise with reporting authorities in design of duty roasters, and supervise implementation of same.
• Keep an eye out for product expiry dates across shelves. Monitor auction shelf for products nearing expiration.
• Enforce adherence to operational standards, dressing, punctuality and corporate values.
• Recommend commensurate discipline to authority, and supervise implementation of approved disciplines.

Salary

• N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
