Job Summary

•  We are seeking a passionate and motivated Nurse Educator Trainee to join our team.
• This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates and candidates who are looking to begin their career in nursing education.
• The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training and mentorship to develop the skills necessary to excel in teaching and guiding the next generation of nurses.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior nurse educators in preparing and delivering educational content for nursing students.
• Support the development and implementation of lesson plans, clinical rotations, and simulation labs.
• Participate in student assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the research and development of new educational materials and methods.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices and educational techniques.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSC) degree.
• Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Midwife (RM) certifications.
• Strong interest in nursing education and teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
