Job Summary

• As our recruitment intern, you'll join our dynamic and supportive Human Resources team. Leveraging your enthusiasm for learning and a keen eye for detail, you'll assist in various aspects of the recruitment process, gaining valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website) and manage incoming applications.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions, ensuring they meet basic qualifications, and assist in conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability for roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars and logistics efficiently.
• Support the maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in recruitment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
