Job Description

• Our client, a leading and fast growing fitness chain, is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to take full ownership and overall responsibility for in-branch marketing executions, on the ground branch growth efforts and member engagement as well as our retail sales activities in-branch and online.
• He or she, will be tasked with developing branch level marketing & sales strategy, to drive member acquisition, subscription renewal as well as executing in-branch campaigns and promotions to win back lapsed members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail marketing strategies to achieve sales and customer engagement goals.
• Manage and optimize retail marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure aligned marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer data to inform marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement in-store promotions, events, and experiences to drive customer engagement.
• Manage and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors and agencies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to continuously improve marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in developing and executing retail marketing strategies
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of customer behaviour and market trends

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in brand and or integrated marketing management and or Experiential marketing with at least 3 years in a senior marketing role or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics
• Knowledge of email marketing and CRM systems
• Experience with social media marketing and management
• Certification in marketing or a related field is an advantage.

Salary
N500,000 - N605,000 monthly.
