Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and present news stories and reports on various topics.
• Conduct interviews with newsmakers, experts, and members of the public.
• Collaborate with the production team to create compelling and accurate news segments.
• Stay updated with current events and trends to ensure timely and relevant reporting.
• Edit and produce video and audio content for broadcast and digital platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Broadcast Journalist or similar role in news reporting.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to work under tight deadlines and handle breaking news situations.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with multimedia journalism and digital content creation.
• Strong on-camera presence and voice modulation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain a network of sources and contacts.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their role in news dissemination.
