We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Manage and coordinate marketing initiatives, including advertising, promotions, and events.
• Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email, and print materials.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, vendors, and industry partners.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and performance metrics.
• Assist in the development of marketing budgets and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree infield.
• Proven 3 - 5 yearsexperience in a marketing role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing tools).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Digital marketing skills are an added advantage – experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics is highly desirable.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
