Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee our facility operations, including cleaning, pest control, and customer service.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, improving working environment and business processes, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Carries out day-to-day facility operations, including cleaning and pest control
• Supervises and coordinates cleaning operatives to ensure high standards of cleanliness
• Improves working environment and business processes
• Ensures customer satisfaction through prompt feedback and query resolution
• Conducts quality control checks and implements quality management strategies
• Manages logistics, conducts job inspections, and trains new operatives
• Develops and implements performance objectives and standards for staff
• Prepares reports, budgets, and other documentation
• Assists in employee motivation and ensures revenue targets are met.

Requirements

• Experience in operations management, preferably in cleaning or facilities management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to drive results and improve processes
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
