Job Title: Auto Service Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for a professional Auto Service Manager, with strong knowledge of machining and automobile workshop.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Lube Bay and auto car wash, including but not limited to supervising employees, scheduling appointments, and ensuring quality service delivery.
• Maintain inventory levels of all spares, parts and equipment, order supplies as needed, and manage relationships with suppliers alongside the client’s representative
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the operation of a Lube Bay and auto-carwash.
• Be liable for losses resulting from incidents due to negligence, theft and absenteeism of the machine operatives, technicians and staff of the Lube Bay and auto-carwash.
• Ensure that all safety protocol and related conditions are met and all incidents are reported to the Client or the designated representative of the client within 24hours.
• Prepare monthly report at the beginning of a new month (between 1st and 3rd), which shall include services rendered, business report, inventory report, financial report and where necessary, recommendations for the effective delivery of the services.
• Supervise and ensure the optimal performance of all staff of the Lube Bay and Auto-carwash, as well as train the employees for optimal effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements

• A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is an added advantage
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• At least 8 years’ experience in the same role.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N600,000 Gross per month.
