Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team.
• This role is critical in driving our customer acquisition strategies, optimizing our digital marketing channels, and providing actionable insights to improve overall performance.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in digital marketing tools, and a track record of delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns and budget planning by channel (including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and others), product, period, season, audience.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage and optimize paid search, display, and social media advertising to maximize revenue, LTV, manage costs and resources to maximise profitability and retention
• Conduct A/B tests to identify high-performing creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with the content marketing team to ensure alignment between paid and organic efforts.
• Utilize mobile marketing strategies to drive app downloads and user engagement.
• Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting of marketing spend and performance.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• ROI on digital marketing campaigns
• Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
• Cost per acquisition (CPA)
• Conversion rate from paid channels
• Growth in sign ups, active user growth rate, new customers and app downloads
• Click-through rate (CTR) on ads
• Efficiency in budget utilization and spend

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably an agency-side campaign management experience
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mixpanel, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with mobile marketing strategies and tools is a plus.
