Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence.
• The ideal candidate will excel in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic initiatives to meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market trends.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Create and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Prepare and present proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies.
• Monitor and report on business development performance.

Qualifications

• Relevant Degree: Minimum of a B.Sc.
• Proven experience in business development, networking or the banking sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Must have worked in a bank
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
• Must Reside with these three states (Lagos, Imo or Anambra state).
