Job Description

• We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to join our sales team.
• The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products/services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets in the CRM system.
• Post-Sales Support: Ensure a smooth post-sales process by coordinating with the customer service.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 / Month.
