Location: Dawaki, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a welcoming and organized Front Desk / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests at a hotel in Dawaki, Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will manage reservations, greet guests, and handle various administrative tasks.
• This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
• Manage reservations and ensure accurate room assignments.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about the hotel’s services.
• Provide guests with information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist in coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and manage the flow of guests in and out of the hotel.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and managing schedules.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints with tact and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using office equipment and reservation management systems.
• Flexibility to work 3 days on, 2 days off shift schedule.
• Accommodation and feeding will be provided while on duty.
