Job Title: Branch Manager (Female)

Location: Oke-bola, Ibadan
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Days: Monday - Saturday
Work Time: 7:15am - 6pm

Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Branch Manager to lead one of our Branches in Ibadan.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring high-quality services, and driving brand awareness in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Brand Awareness: Develop and implement strategies to increase the visibility and reputation of the branch within Ibadan.
• Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of care support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Training & Development: Quickly learn new processes and effectively train staff to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to improve branch performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/HNDin Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
• Experience in training and developing staff.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
