Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and business expansion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives
• Revolutionize our sales operations through the design and deployment of cutting-edge Sales Force automation solutions and ensure optimal usage
• Empower our sales team by developing and implementing a comprehensive capability-building strategy.
• Cultivate a learning culture by designing and deploying a Learning Management System.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance the company's competitive positioning
• Drive operational excellence by overseeing the back-office sales team and ensuring seamless support to the sales force
• Lead pricing strategy, product development, and go-to-market planning
• Monitor and analyze market and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities
• Track, measure, and report on key commercial performance metrics
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar commercial leadership role.
• Deep understanding of the financial services industry and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Expertise in sales force automation tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering business growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus.
