Job Overview
The Product and Partnership Manager for System Integration, IT Consulting, Cybersecurity, and Networking will drive the development and execution of product strategies across these domains, while building and managing strategic partnerships.
The role demands deep expertise in networking, cybersecurity, system integration, and IT consulting, along with the ability to manage complex projects and foster relationships that contribute to the company's growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management:
Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies for system integration, IT consulting, cybersecurity, and networking services that align with business goals and market demands. Create and manage detailed product roadmaps.
Networking Solutions: Lead the development and enhancement of networking solutions, including LAN/WAN design, network security, and cloud networking, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Cybersecurity and Networking Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced cybersecurity measures into networking solutions, ensuring robust, secure, and compliant network infrastructure for clients.
Service Development: Drive the design and implementation of IT consulting services, focusing on delivering scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that integrate system, networking, and cybersecurity components.
Client Needs Analysis: Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and clients to understand their networking and security needs, translating them into actionable product and service offerings.
Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in networking, cybersecurity, system integration, and IT consulting markets. Use insights to guide product and service development.
Project Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to delivery, managing projects that span networking, cybersecurity, and IT services, ensuring successful outcomes within scope and budget.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, technical teams, and executive leadership, ensuring alignment on product, networking, and cybersecurity goals.
Partnership Management:
Strategic Partnership Development:Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with networking technology vendors, cybersecurity firms, software providers, and other relevant entities to enhance the company's service offerings.
Alliance Management:Manage and nurture existing partnerships, ensuring mutual benefits and fostering collaboration on joint initiatives across networking, cybersecurity, and IT consulting.
Negotiation and Contracting:Lead negotiations and execute partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favourable and align with the company's strategic objectives in networking and cybersecurity.
Partner Enablement:Design and implement partner enablement programs to ensure partners are fully equipped to promote, sell, and support the company's networking, cybersecurity, system integration, and IT consulting services.
Innovation and Joint Ventures:Explore opportunities for joint ventures, partnerships, and alliances that drive innovation, particularly in networking and cybersecurity, expanding the company's reach in new markets or technologies.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Networking, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, partnership &procurement management, business development within system integration, IT consulting, networking, or cybersecurity industries.
Technical Expertise:Strong understanding of networking technologies (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking), system integration, IT consulting services, and cybersecurity frameworks.
Networking and Cybersecurity Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, design principles, cybersecurity best practices, compliance requirements, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
Project Management Skills:Proven experience in managing large-scale IT and networking projects, with a focus on delivering secure, reliable, and scalable solutions on time and within budget.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking:Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts in networking, cybersecurity, and system integration to diverse audiences.
Leadership:Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in leading cross functional teams and managing stakeholders across multiple domains.
Negotiation Skills:Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management and partnership agreements, particularly in the networking and cybersecurity space.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Experience with CRM and project management tools like Salesforce, JIRA, or Microsoft Project.
