Job Overview

• Prestigious Homes Limited is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage our inventory and supplies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining an accurate record of all materials, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
• The Storekeeper will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects by ensuring that all necessary materials and tools are readily available.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are always up to date.
• Inspect materials for quality and quantity upon receipt.
• Organize and maintain the store in a neat and orderly manner.
• Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize losses and wastage.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile inventory records with physical counts.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations in the storage area.

Requirements

• Educational background in a related discipline.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to storage and inventory management.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
