We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title:  Real Estate Broker

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Constantly working on the best marketing/sales strategies.
• Outbound lead generation and management
• Listing on the brokerage's social media platform.
• Generating and managing lists of properties for sale.
• Collaborating with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys, and other external stakeholders involved in various real estate transactions.
• Soliciting clients by promoting the brokerage, networking, marketing, and offering real estate services to prospective clients.
• Providing information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability to clients.
• Partnering with clients to buy, sell, rent, and manage properties within the identified target market.
• Negotiating between buyers and sellers to facilitate contractual agreements that are in the best interests of all parties involved.
• Ensuring that all real estate transactions are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations relating to the purchase, sale, or lease of properties.

Qualifications / Key skills required

• B.Sc Degree in Marketing or similar.
• The Ideal candidate must have proven experience and expertise in closing Real Estate deals
• Have a good understanding of Lagos and its environs (especially the Island)
• Not camera shy
• Confident and Outspoken
• Solid sales and negotiation skills
• Exceptional Interpersonal skills
• Possess good customer relationship management skills
• Driven and self-motivated
• Knowledgeable about the property market and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and able to supervise a team of agents.
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills
• Great photography skills
• Skilled and registered driver with a drivers’ license.
