Job Title: Social Media Community Manager 

Location: Okota, Lagos

Reports To: The Supervisor

Job Overview

• The Social media community manager will play a crucial role in shaping and fostering a vibrant online community around our brands and products.
• This person will be responsible for creating engaging and authentic content, building relationships with our audience and leveraging various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and community engagements.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Developing and implementing a community engagement strategy aligned with the brand while fostering a sense of community with the audience/customers.
• Creating and curating compelling video content featuring personal interactions showcasing and speaking about our products for social media, forums, and communities.
• Monitoring social media trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.
• Identifying and collaborating with influencers and brand ambassadors to extend the reach and strengthen the community.
• Maintaining brand presence and engagements and responding timely to community inquiries, comments, and feedback.
• Organizing and executing online/offline community events or campaigns, webinars and challenges while encouraging participation to foster community interactions and loyalty

Job Requirements

• Must have at least an OND qualification with 2 - 5 years of work experience.
• Must be able to feature in creative video content.
• Must have proven experience as a community manager or a similar role.
• Must have a good understanding of the use of social media.
• Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have great teamwork and leadership skills.
• Must possess good time management skills.
• Must live within Isolo/Ago/Festac and environs.

Salary
N70,000 per month.
