Berger Paints Nigeria Plc, which commenced operation in Nigeria on the 9th January 1959 with registration number RC.1837, has grown to be a leader in the Coating and Allied Industry in Nigeria – a legacy inherited from Lewis Berger, the German Colour Chemist who founded the Berger Paints’ dynasty in London, in 1760.

The company has a reputation for being the first in setting standards in the paint industry in Nigeria, evidenced by its scorecard as presented. It has pioneered a wide range of speciality products that are much sought after in this dynamic and ever-changing market. Berger Paints Nigeria PLC is also the first company to unveil an ultramodern fully automated factory with a daily capacity of 10,000,000 litres of paint production.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Officer

Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Candidate should be able to:

• Design and implement appropriate marketing plans and strategies to enable the sales team meet their monthly targets.
• Organise and make presentations in seminars, conferences, meetings, and Forums with the aim of pitching our products to the targeted clients.
• Provide marketing report including marketing feedback, analysis and solutions.
• Develop and manage appointed agents/referrals and influencers.
• Build up and maintaining public relationships with contractors, Architects, Interior Decorators, Dealers and Painters.
• Work with little or no supervision and in some cases, work under pressure to be able to meet deadlines with confidence and attention todetails.
• Carry out other marketing-related administrative duties

Essential Skills / Requirements

• Must be a Graduate with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field.
• Excellent Analytical, verbal and written communication skills in English.
• At least 2-3 years Experience in core marketing practice.
• Experience in Digital/Social Media Marketing and B2B Marketing is an added advantage.
• Experience in collaboration with Dealers and industry influencers.
• Honest and pleasant personality with team working spirit and willingness to learn andshare.

Salary
N130,000 - N200,000 / month.
