Job Title: Real Estate Intern

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

• Join our dynamic team at didi properties as a Real Estate Intern! We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to assist our agents and brokers while gaining hands-on experience in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily tasks and administrative duties
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings and records
• Assist with Inspections, showings, and other marketing events
• Learn and grow your Real Estate knowledge with trainings and seminars
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects
• Learn and assist with transaction coordination and closing processes
• Assist with property valuations and appraisals
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or agents

Skills and Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND, OND, BSc in relevant fields with 0 - 1 year work experience.
• Current student or recent graduate in Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
